The 63rd Kutchan Jaga Matsuri celebrates the harvest season of the well-known Kutchan potatoes. Held along the main road in front of Kutchan JR Station, the event offers attendees fun games, live performances, parades, fireworks, and, of course, a variety of delicious potato snacks!
