1. Moving In and Moving Out
When moving in
Receive the key to the room assigned by Human Resources and move into that room.
After moving in, promptly check the condition of your room. Immediately report any damage, defects, or problems with equipment or supplies to Human Resources.
Do not dispose of or bring in room furnishings or supplies without permission.
If sharing a room, respect your roommate’s space. Do not place belongings on their bed or use space intended for more than your allocated share.
When moving out
As a general rule, move out within three days after the end of your employment contract and return the key to Human Resources.
Before leaving, take all personal belongings with you or dispose of them appropriately, and clean the room so that it is in the same condition as when you moved in.
If sharing a room, confirm ownership of belongings with your roommate to avoid taking or leaving items by mistake.
Sort all rubbish and dispose of it at the designated location. Do not leave rubbish in corridors or common areas.
After cleaning, return the key to Human Resources and have the room condition checked.
If cleaning is insufficient or significant damage or soiling is found, cleaning or repair costs may be charged.
2. Use of the Building
No outdoor shoes inside
Outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the dormitory. Remove your shoes before entering. Please keep the shared entrance tidy and do not leave personal belongings or footwear there.

Night-time noise

Thank you for helping everyone get sufficient rest.
