Niseko Village Prepares for its exciting future as a lifestyle community and destination resort.

Niseko Village, one of Asia's top mountain resort destinations, has approval for a 48 hectare multi-phase lifestyle development at the southern base of Niseko An'nupuri mountain. Enjoying majestic views of both Mt. Yotei and the Konbu Range, the 48 hectare mixed-use development is destined to transform the site into one of the world's most exciting year round destinations.

Now completed, the first step in the company's plan was a full art-inspired renovation of The Green Leaf Niseko Village. The ski-in ski-out Green Leaf redefines the Niseko experience with a new spa, fully renovated restaurant, and 200 renovated guestrooms. Guestrooms include family-friendly King/Twin connecting rooms and Corner Suites. Artwork from Soichiro Tomioka, a Japanese artist known for his work on the subject of snow, and local Hokkaido artist Emi Shiratori's murals and motifs are featured throughout.

Subsequent development plans are slated to be announced in the coming months. Niseko Village's parent company, YTL Hotels & Properties, is responsible for some of Asia's top resorts including the Pangkor Laut Resort and Tanjong Jara Resort, both award winning resorts in Malaysia, as well as the newly opened The MUSE in St. Tropez and The Swatch Art Peace Hotel on the Bund in Shanghai.
